If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 28 days to return any item purchased from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the product must still be sealed in its packaging and in the same condition that you received it. To return an item, please contact us including your order number, postcode and reason for return and we will provide the next steps.
Unfortunately, as SleepWell is a food product, we are unable to accept returns of opened bottles or bottles not still sealed in their packaging. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and we will notify you of the status of your return. Returns take 3-5 working days to process onto payment methods.
You are responsible for the postage costs incurred in returning the item to us. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the return.
